Welcome. These terms govern use of this website and dealings with Rotem Mizrahi - Advanced Cosmetics Clinic. Using the site constitutes acceptance of them.

The services offered
The site presents information about skincare and cosmetic treatments provided at a private studio, and lets you leave an enquiry to arrange a consultation. No purchase or online payment is possible through the site.
Every treatment process begins with a skin diagnosis and consultation, at the end of which a suitable treatment is agreed.
Not medical advice
The content on this site is general information only. It is not medical advice or diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for consulting a physician. Do not rely on it when making a medical decision.
Treatment results vary between individuals and depend on skin condition, adherence to aftercare and other personal factors. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result.
Prices and payment
The site does not display prices. Your price is quoted after the skin diagnosis, according to the actual scope of treatment, and includes VAT as required by law. Should prices be shown on the site in future, they will be starting prices ("from") inclusive of VAT.
The binding price is the one quoted to you when the appointment is booked.
Payment is made at the studio at the end of the treatment, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Bookings, cancellations and lateness
- Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice.
- Failing to attend without notice, or cancelling at shorter notice than the above, may incur a cancellation fee.
- Arriving late may shorten your treatment, so that clients booked after you are not affected.
- The Company may cancel or postpone an appointment for health or operational reasons, giving advance notice and arranging an alternative time.
Statutory right of cancellation
For a distance transaction for services, you may cancel within 14 days of the date of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided cancellation is made at least two days — not counting rest days — before the service is due to begin. This follows section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant has an extended cancellation right of four months, subject to the conditions in the law.
Notice of cancellation may be given by phone at 052-249-4565, by email to rotem.mizrahi.support@gmail.com, or in writing at the business address.
Medical suitability and health
Before any treatment you must disclose medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medications, sensitivities, allergies and previous treatments that may affect suitability.
Withholding material information, or giving incorrect information, may put you at risk and relieves the Company of liability for harm caused as a result.
Pre-treatment and aftercare instructions given to you must be followed.
Minors
Treatment of anyone under 18 will be given only in the presence of a parent or guardian and with their prior consent.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, design, logo, trade marks and photographs — belongs to the Company or those acting on its behalf. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is. Every effort is made to keep information accurate and current, but typographical errors and inaccuracies are possible and will not be binding.
The Company will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy and accessibility
Use of personal data is governed by the site's privacy policy. Details of website and studio accessibility appear in the accessibility statement.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the site at the time of use; the update date appears at the top of the page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and anything arising from them are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the district where the business operates.
