Analyse first. Treat second.
I'm Rotem Mizrahi, and I have been treating skin for more than three decades. Every plan here begins with a computerised skin analysis and a conversation — because until I understand what is in front of me, I have nothing to promise you.

A treatment for every skin goal
No single device solves everything. After the analysis I build a protocol from the methods in the clinic, around what your skin actually needs.

Plasma treatments
The heart of the clinic, and three distinct technologies: cold plasma calms and supports the skin barrier, hot plasma creates precise points that contract lax skin, and fractional plasma renews texture at depth. For the face, neck and body. Which one — and often which combination — is decided at the analysis.

Acne treatments
Separate protocols for teenage acne and adult acne — they are two different conditions and deserve different handling. We also work on scarring and on the marks left behind once the activity has settled, combining microneedling and plasma.

Anti-ageing
Renewal and firming for the face, the eyelids and the jawline. I combine plasma, ultrasound and fractional RF according to your facial structure and the laxity found at the analysis — not according to whatever is popular this month. The result builds gradually, over several sessions.

Pigmentation treatments
Melasma, sun spots and age spots are not the same thing, and what helps one can worsen another. The analysis establishes which type of pigmentation it is and how deep it sits, and only then is the method chosen.

Stretch mark correction
Stretch marks and scarring on the body and face, using plasma. The treatment works on the texture and the raised profile of the mark, and how well it responds depends on its age and depth — an old mark behaves differently from a fresh one, and you hear that beforehand, not after.

Hair treatments
Scalp treatments to encourage hair growth, combining Jouvenil and Gold preparations. Suitable where thinning comes from scalp condition or weakened follicles; anything that calls for medical investigation is referred to a physician before we begin.

Gold treatments
Gold-based facial treatments for brightness, refreshment and a more even skin tone, including the Gold pigmentation treatment. A comfortable treatment with no recovery time, which also works well as a maintenance step between deeper sessions.

Ultrasound treatments
Ultrasound to lift the face and neck and define the jawline, using a Sonnext device. The energy reaches the deeper layers without disrupting the surface, so there is no recovery time. Suited to mild and moderate laxity; significant laxity calls for an honest conversation about what is realistic.

Fractional RF
Fractional radiofrequency to renew skin texture, firm, and treat scarring and cellulite. It heats the dermis at targeted points and encourages collagen to rebuild gradually. It pairs well with plasma, and is normally planned as a course rather than a single session.

Benign skin lesion treatment
Suitability is established at the analysis and nowhere else. Any lesion that looks atypical to me — in shape, border, colour, or because it has changed — is referred to a dermatologist before any treatment, and I do not treat it. I do not diagnose lesions medically; that is done by a physician, with the appropriate examination.
There is more, and not all of it fits here
The clinic works with more methods and combinations than a grid of cards can hold, and not every situation has a heading of its own. Tell me what is bothering you — and if there is nothing here for it, I will say that too.
Book an analysis
I learned this in my grandmother's kitchen. Then I learned why it works.
I was fourteen when my grandmother taught me to shape brows. She was not a cosmetician and she had no clinic — she simply treated the women in our family with her hands, in her spare time. What caught me then was not the technique but what followed it: a small change to her brows changed the way a woman looked at herself — she got up from the chair different from the way she sat down in it.
In 1989 I went to study medical cosmetics, and I have not stopped since — 30 years in the profession, 46 certifications earned in Israel and across Europe, and since 2011 I have taught as well — chemistry and cosmetic science, and since 2016 qualified practitioners and podiatrists too. I did not collect certificates for the wall; each one came from a woman sitting in front of me for whom what I had was not good enough.
Today, in my own clinic in Rishon LeZion, I work to one rule: I analyse before I touch. I do not rush, I combine technologies instead of leaning on a single device, and I tell you the truth — including when it is uncomfortable, and including when it is simply no.

Yes, always. Every plan starts with a skin analysis and a conversation, and only then is a course built. This is not a formality — each treatment is built personally around the state of your skin, what you have already tried and what you expect.
We talk first — what is bothering you, what you have already tried, and what your routine looks like. Then I photograph and analyse your skin with the Sonnext diagnostic camera, which shows layers and conditions the eye cannot see. At the end we go through the findings together and what can be done about them.
It depends on the treatment. Ultrasound and Gold treatments need no recovery time. With hot plasma, fractional plasma and fractional RF you may see redness, mild swelling, or a fine crust that sheds on its own. You receive the exact aftercare for the treatment chosen for you before and after the session, so you can plan your week.
They are three different technologies, not three intensities of the same one. Cold plasma is non-thermal and is used mainly to calm, to support the skin barrier and to work on reactive skin. Hot plasma creates precise points that contract lax skin. Fractional plasma works at depth on texture and scarring. Which one — and very often which combination — is decided at the analysis.
In treatments that work by building collagen, the change accumulates over weeks and is not fully visible the next morning. Some improvement is felt early, and the rest develops gradually between sessions. At the end of the analysis I tell you what is reasonable to expect and when — and if what you asked for is not achievable by this method, you hear that from me upfront.
No. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, certain medical conditions, certain medications, an active infection in the treatment area, and a tendency to scarring or hyperpigmentation all affect suitability — and some of them rule a treatment out entirely or postpone it. This is checked at the consultation, before anything is scheduled. I teach podiatrists how to work with patients who have diabetes, so I am well aware of skin that heals more slowly and carries a lower risk threshold — if that applies to you, tell me at the consultation and we will adjust the pace and the method.
Yes, and I think it is one of the most professional things I have to offer. I say no when the expectation is not realistic, when the skin is not ready yet for what you asked for, and when someone wants everything at once. And when something belongs to a physician, I refer you onward rather than stretching the boundary.
In a quiet private studio at 8 Yaldei Teheran St., Rishon LeZion. The entrances to the building have stairs, alongside lifts and, at some entrances, escalators, so there is a wheelchair-accessible route to the studio floor. Accessible parking is nearby. Directions and parking details are given when you book.
Let's plan your skin's next chapter
Leave a message and I'll come back to you personally to arrange a consultation. You can simply tell me what's bothering you — we'll start there.
